Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation More Than 2 Days Before Scheduled Service:
  • If you cancel your order more than 2 days before the scheduled service time, you will receive a 75% refund of the total order amount.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Within 2 Days of Scheduled Service:
  • If you cancel your order within 2 days but more than 1 day before the scheduled service time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total order amount.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Within 1 Day of Scheduled Service:
  • If you cancel your order within 1 day of the scheduled service time, no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling Requests:
  • You can reschedule your order up to 1 day before the scheduled service time without any penalties.
  • To reschedule, please select a new available time slot through our app.
• Price Difference:
  • If the new schedule slot is more expensive: You will be required to pay the difference between the new service amount and the original order amount.
  • If the new schedule slot is less expensive: The difference will be credited to your account in the form of Help Abode Credits, which will be stored in your "My Wallets" section. These credits can be used for future orders but cannot be refunded to your bank or card.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• For rescheduled orders, any refundable amount will be credited to your "My Wallets" section as Help Abode Credits, which can be used for future services.
